Bulletin Improvement for ease of use

Because the AARP Bulletin is loose bound, it is very difficult to manage the pages. So, what I do is to STAPLE the folded end before attempting to read it. Works great.

Also just blow on edge of hard to separate pages to fluff.

  Looks like AARP is too cheap to pay for proper binding of the bulletin. Sometimes we do have to make additions to publications that help us.  I also share articles that I find helpful with others that may not be AARP members.
