AARP Eye Center
Good morning, I have been trying to get help with a $45.00 charge on my credit card when I applied for a 5-year membership. The system charged my credit card but did not create an account. When I called the AARP Representative told me she could not find the account and that I would have to dispute the charges with my credit card. It has been a nightmare ever since. I had previously had AARP membership with my name is the primary and my husband as the secondary. We had cancelled our previous membership due to not using it. So, when I reapplied for membership due to my husband getting the AARP Medicare plan, I put his name first as the primary and my name is secondary. I am not sure if it through the system off since previously I was the primary and he was the secondary, but the outcome was no account could be found but the $45.00 was charged to my credit card. I have been trying to get this resolved with no results. I had to go back in and apply for a one-year membership so he could have AARP. Can someone please help me get my $45,00 refunded for the acct they can't find?
