Account set-up

On March 5th I tried to join AARP. I spoke with *redacted* from Oklahoma. I spelled my name (of course) but he misspelled same. I told him about this and he said he would correct it. I set-up user name and password. Tried to log-in to my acct. today (03-06) but the error in my name is still there! so....I had to phone AARP to correct mistakes. What a hassle......reset password, etc. etc. That guy has no business.being on the phones signing up ppl for memberships !
