AARP Driver Safety Course

I signed up for this course a couple weeks ago. Paid around $25 for it for my insurance company. It said the course met the requirements for my specific state. I would say that is accurate to the point in all honesty that maybe 10% meets the requirements and that could leave it at that.

The other 90% is just nauseating. Worse than watching paint dry. On and on and on about physiology and everything under the sun that could be associated with driving in an 8th cousin, 50 times removed sort of way.

It's been 2 weeks since I started the course. I have the patience of a snail but I just cannot handle this and just petering my way on through it. It is decent information but just does not belong.

Did you know the first electric stoplight was installed in Cleveland in 1914? Road markers were used as far back as 250BC by the Romans.

Okay for Trivial Pursuit but I don't care!  If you must take a course for insurance, find another one

@mh96278556 , some members have posted that this course does NOT help with "reducing" their Insurance Premiums. Take care, Nicole  👵
