UnitedHealth , Aarp, Medicare, Renee rewards

I had following problems with the Renew Rewards:

1. I did not receive any information about it from United or from my rep

2. I accidentally found it in November

3. because of the above I got only about $80 of possible $200-300

4. Even at the end of year, i.e. Dec 30-31, the United web site was down. So I and I am sure many others were not able to redeem their left over rewards. And

united will not let anyone redeem them after Jan 1; this seems very underhanded on the part of UnitedHealthcare.

overall it seems that United is not up and up about the renew reward first by 

not letting the member properly inform about it and second, later on not letting

members redeem when its own website was down for last two three days of the year.

AARP , we expect better from your sponsored insurance co.

I didn't hear about this till November either.  I ended up with maybe $40 in rewards.  I shocked that $200-$300 in rewards were available though.
