Shingrix Cost when in Coverage Gap

Let's say you haven't met the $415 deductible for Tier 3 and 4 drugs, but you have moved into the Coverage Gap. Will the Shingrix shot be subject to the deductible or will the Tier 4 copay percentage be applied?
