I phoned about an order and mentioned that I can't get into your OptumRx site. Your representative said OptumRx had me blocked.

Your rep then said it was now open. Not true.
See attached screen shot.
Can you suggest something?

I have been calling and sending OptumRx messages for over a year about their slow website and all I get back from them is that they are working on it.  I called AARP twice and was told to call OptumRx and report it to them.  I feel that AARP represents them and if AARP can't get them to fix their website, AARP should look for a new prescription company.  Just Google (optumrx slow website) and take a look at how many people are complaining.  There is no reason for this to happen in 2017 and needs to be fixed now!!!
