Option RX Horrible

I have been fighting for my Prescription s from Optus RX since beginning with them January 2023.  They refused to send my medication in the mail.  Cancelled my prescriptions.   My Doctor had to call them multiple times to order my medicine. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau twice.  I am a Nurse and all I want is my needed medicine.
