Benefit for home-based care started during the pandemic, helps caregivers and those with transportation challenges.

House bill that the Senate passed Friday to fund the federal government through Sept. 30 will also extend Medicare coverage of telehealth from home.

President Donald Trump has indicated he will sign it.
