Medicare Advantage PPO regional, more than one state or national?

My parents are in their 80s and live 8 1/2 months in PA and 3 1/2 months in Florida. They have a PPO Medicare Advantage plan that allows for doctor visits and other non-emergency treatment in PA but not other states. They get coverage for emergency treatment through the plan while in Florida though. What can they do to get coverage for doctors and specialists in both states, PA and while in Florida?
