Issue with MSN ad on Medicare free food allowance

Tried to make the following comment on the Nedicare forum and it was blocked for no apparent reason. Could not find a way to appeal or complain to AARP. Anyone know what is going on?

"MSN.com is running an ad stating Medicare free food allowance. Clicking on link just provides more links with no sign of any such thing. Previously reported to Microsoft and FTC, no apparent way to report to HHS/Medicare. Any way to get somebodies attention and some action on things like this?"
