Do you need a separate dental/vision/hearing plan if you have AARP United Healthcare Advantage Plan

I have AARP United Healthcare Advantage Plan which has Dental, Hearing, and Vision.  I was told it isn't enough coverage and I should get a separate stand alone plan to supplement what coverage my Medicare Advantage plan doesn't cover.  What should I do?
