Checking the score of primary care clinic / provider

I'm doing research on value-based / capitation model primary care providers. The likes include companies like Cano Health and Oak Street Health. Any knowledge from anyone on where to find ratings / quality of care of these companies / primary care clinics by healthcare assessment institutions?

It sounds like you are talking about the Medicare Direct Contracting Entities and perhaps the Medicare ACO REACH program.  Both of these are somewhat new so I don’t know if there is an actual evaluation yet by CMS.  But CMS is where the data would be or if they have some prelims within the Innovation programs being tested and designed.
