Changing health plans

There are still commercials about health plans on tv. Isn't it too late to change

a plan now at end of March ? If you find you're not satisfied with the plan you first chose at the beginning of 2022?

You can change until 03/31/2022 - however, if you do change at this late date, there could be some premium crossover that will have to be worked out.
