Is there an online site that will provide quotes without having to provide your phone number and address? I'm not finding one so far.

Try your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).

My state’s SHIP staff was able to provide that information to me.  I said I was interested in G, G HD, and N and they gave me the prices of the three lowest providers for each of the three plans for my zip code right away over the phone.

In addition, some states have this information online. Try a search like “[Your State] Medicare supplement prices”.

I assume that you already know this, but a good insurance agent can be very helpful and would not cost you anything (the insurance agent would get a commission from the insurance company).
