70 year old. Retiring this year. Need insurance for my wife who is 60.

I (70 years old) have insurance with my employer for myself and spouse (60 years old).

I am retiring this year and need to find insurance for my spouse (costs to budget for that) and to understand the (costs to budget for myself on Medicare/Medicaid)  

Any one who can help or direct me to the information, would be much appreicated.
