The grand kids are coming over for dinner tonight. We're serving King Ranch Casserole, Spanish Rice and a Salad. Everything will be ready way before they arrive. That will give me time to sit down and talk to them, rather than laboring over the stove with a gourmet dish that kids don't appreciate. K.i.s.s. (keep it simple sis).

no luck here tonight.   had grill cornbeef sandwich here and chips  for dinner but cornbread and beans are always good too.
