Sassilady's grandson borrowing the van gave me a flashback of my high school days. My beau asked if I minded taking the bus with him to the movie theater because the car was not available as planned. I was very upset because we were supposed to go to a fancy restaurant that night and I had spent a lot of times sewing my beautiful cocktail dress for the occasion. It was not the poor guy's fault. The elderly lady whom he took care by driving her to appointments etc always let him have the car on weekends. She changed her mind about that week end!

Four numbers for me..so that's a good start. We spent a quiet Easter at home with our oldest daughter. We had an enjoyable dinner..I made an upside down pineapple cake..(it was a little topsy turvy but delicious).

Everyone please say a little prayer that my van comes back safely because my 25 year

old grandson has borrowed it for a few days as his car has a transmission problem. His dad can't give him the truck because he needs it to get to work and his mom needs her vehicle to take her and I shopping and to doctor appointments and grandma's van has been sitting in the driveway for a week now doing nothing. LOL!

I don't have a wait but have something going.

It is cold again. it was cold yesterday as well. I think our Spring came and went.
I had the family at my house yesterday for Easter dinner, and we played games after. It was a good time.
