cable cutting-internet, phone-help !

All to ready to cut cable ! Was thinking Net Flix, but what is a good replacement for internet, phone

that doesn't cost a lot ? I have a Captel phone I'd like to keep. Don't want to watch tv on the p.c.

Have been looking around, but it's confusing, trying to find a good set-up. Advice anyone ?
