Think young!

Think young! I remember my parents and some of their friends talking about being old at age 65. I am 80 and I still think and act like I am 40.

To live a long and happy life

Know God, pray, follow His teachings, seek inspiration..

Find your purpose in life.

Give of yourself, your time and talents.

Pay your blessings forward.

Look for the good, be positive.

Like yourself. If you don't like you, why should anyone else?

As Dolly Pardon said, "Find out who you are and do it on purpose."

Give 110% in any relationship.

Honor vows.

Keep in touch with family and friends.

Laugh with others, not at them.

Be a positive role model, encourage others.

Stand up for what you know is right especially when it is unpopular.

Share lessons learned in life with others.

Always move towards a goal, never give up.

Play, pray, persevere.

We only get each moment in life once, use/spend the time wisely.

Right now is the beginning of the rest of your life, what are you going to do with it?

For me, having an attitude of gratitude and appreciating everything I have is key to living a happy life. Also thinking of others and trying to give as much as possible.

@AARPLynne

Thanks Lynne for Topic That video is awesome shared with folks outside AARP

Focus on Gratitude and All your Blessings....Can't be grateful and negative at same time

My reply to question What tell my younger self:

Don't take everything so seriously & as one in video said Don't need to be my own worst enemy

There will be hills and mountains and dark valleys and moments in life but you'll come through the other side...just have Faith....it'll all be as should & you'll be ok

Have a beautiful day and Holiday weekend
