Lets make South County Connector a reality

Remember when I called this route the Restaurant link, well that might have been a joke.  But to me, that would have been funny.  But it's a line we really, really need.  Once things settle down, we could use this bus to go to a restaurant for coffee or for lunch.  The current signature count is now at 71 signatures.  Lets make that number go even higher so we can make this bus route a reality.
