Didn't Receive My Book. A Download Instead

Recently, I thought the Book "Whole Body Reset" would make some good reading. I would caution anyone looking to order this book to be very careful when ordering. I thought I had ordered the book and then recently I received an email with a download for the book. Not what I wanted. I sent the company Seedorock,a note to see if I could get a refund and then buy the book. This was their response,

"Please note this sale is final, no refund is available for digital goods." I understand why they do this, i am surprised they don't want to figure out how to capture new customers to their business.
