My profile picture is of a Rhor Flxible bus that ran in St. Louis. It was built about the late 1970s. It was one of the 40-foot buses. They ran on many routes like the old Watson Road Express, Clayton Oakville, and the old Kirkwood Clayton line. When I created the alignment for the South County connector, I was thinking that maybe if it can't be used to get people to work, maybe Metro could get with the Museum of Transport and see if the museum could run the vintage buses on it and the South County Connector would be more of a tourist line. In Memphis, they have the vintage streetcars running in downtown Memphis. I think Chicago and also New York City has a day or two where they get out their old vintage buses and San Francisco does the same thing. In St. Louis, we have the Grant's Farm and a history house on Grant Road.
