Newbie Greetings

Hello, I finely joined AARP today.

I am curious as to what exactly AARP will do for me.

Other than the magazine and offers for insurance etc. I am unsure.

Anyway, about me: I decided that you are never to old to learn and started learning to play the Ukulele.  I am self taught ( mostly online info) so its a bit slow going but fun!

I have a cat, he is 16 1/2  (about) years old.  As a senior cat he has had issues.

I have 1 son and 2 grandchildren.

I meet with a group of ladies monthly for lunch, friendship and sometimes entertainment.

I would love to hear from people who know how to make the most of an  AARP membership.

Ty Linda

Hi Linda - I'm Josh and I only just joined AARP also. I'd love to be able to help you out with questions but am only now navigating the site. If I discover anything, though, I'll let you know. Regards to your ancient cat. Must be very wise. I have four of them. Sadly, wisdom is not among their attributes. All the best to you. - Josh
