Welcome.  I don't have advice on being a foster parent but I am a mother of 4, grandmother of 5 boys and great grandmother of 2 girls and great great grandmother of one girl.

The key is to take deep breaths,  keep communicating (even though they may tune you out), set routines, be consistent, care and try to laugh often.
