What does AARP consider a HIGH VALUED HOME?
We were not able to get AARP Home insurance because our house is considered a HIGH VALUED HOME.
We have insurance guotes from 2 or 3 non AARP companies that say our house is valued at less than $700,000.
I think AARP doesn't comprehend that a house value doesn't include the cost of land which in our case can be 3 to 4 times the value of just the house.
Has anybody else have this problem obtaining insurance through AARP?
