Just put it together 😀 - sounds simple, HA-HA

CBS NEWS 10/18/2024 - Walmart is selling a tiny house for less than $16,000

Add in the price of the land and the foundation (got to be anchored to get insurance), all the utility set ups - and of course, the forklift to get it off the flat bed truck.

19-by-20 feet "expandable prefab house"

Course, then there is the upkeep, property taxes and insurance.

Price seems to also vary by area and of course, size and finish of the home.
