Advice please to choose a realtor who is sensitive to the situation and compassionate when someone who has lived in a home for decades has to move.I keep interacting with realtors who have dollar signs in their eyes

Keep trying to find someone who has compassion and patience. Someone who can work with your needs before their own. Real estate is a very busy market right now. I work with mostly semi retired to retired buyers in my area and it’s a relationship before the financial aspect if they are good realtors.  Good luck there are good people out there.
