What TYPE of house would you like to design IF you have NEVER designed before? 🤔

Not the best time to be doing any of that (unless you have friends & family that may owe you favors).  Contractors & even handymen have gotten super expensive being able to set their rates with inflation.    You can design your dream home, but in the end... at what cost?

We designed our first home with a builder who was awesome . It was alot more work than I thought it would be but it turned out great. Wish I was still living in it but relocated when I bought a business . Live and learn.

He had some software but did lot of it on paper. This was back in the early 90s
