A Question on Senior Housing

I started a separate thread to ask those who are looking and searching - what is the ranked problem in finding senior housing or perhaps even unspecified housing? - I will assume most are talking about rental.

• availability
• price - what would be the high?
• size
• type
• area
• something else

I know that the pandemic did slow people moving about - maybe more things will start opening up later this year - but in dealing with the senior living complex which my mother lived in for 12-years back in 2000 - 2012 - they had little turnover EVER.  

That's different than more unspecified type housing where people tend to move in and our but these are the places that tend to escalate in rent at a faster pace based on supply and demand.
