• Just want to tell everyone who is 60 and up really must come to the nutrition class held every Wednesday starting at noon at the Self-Help Senior Center located in the basement of 6700 192 Street Fresh Meadows NY. I heard about the class and decided to check it out a couple of years ago. However I said to myself what could Anna the nutritionist teach me after all I am in my 60's. Boy was I wrong. Anna taught me and still is teaching me alot. More then anyone can imagine. Come on down and check it out. You will be hooked.
