I signed up for emails from my congressman. Lol, all I read now is the section on our area's COVID infections, vaccines and deaths.

Chicago, is fully open now...the Cubs had a sellout crowd on Friday, so it is looking to be a fun summer. I also still wear a mask, when I go into retail places and other places that require them. I have been fully vaccinated since early March.

Yes I receive similar email messages from our local congressman.  I'm glad to see the "new daily / weekly numbers" have decreased significantly, though the risk is still out there.

Los Angeles County is relaxing many of the mask requirements starting Tuesday, June 15, at least for vaccinated people.  Mask requirements will stay in place on shared transportation, in medical/dental facilities, and certain other locations.
