Texas 2021 Winter Storm Survival Tips

Houston, TX...along with pretty much the rest of the state is currently at a standstill due to a freak winter storm and record-low temperatures. About 1/3 of the state is without power. As an ex-Minnesotan I created this video to help my Texan friends to get through this unprecedented disaster.
