If you really want to make an impact on your pain AND overall health, check out the book and program “Foundation”. I’m 71 and this has changed my life. You can do anywhere and no equipment

Probably dancaughey is referring to the book by Eric Goodman and Peter Park with a Foreword by Lance Armstrong.  I have not read it but see that it is available in digital version as well as in paperback. It looks as if it is about 250 pages long.

I do the 12 ounce elbow bend to relieve my pain de jour!

The 12oz. curls give the illusion of relieving the pain, never works for the long run.
