Hi @me9149 and welcome to the online community.

 

I think we all need to discover the menu plan that works best for our bodies. For instance, I eat a very healthy from-scratch diet (some would call it restrictive) but don't obsess about portion size either. That being said, as a senior athlete who works out nearly every day, I burn a LOT of calories each week. So I'm strong and height-weight appropriate. (About 19% body fat according to the athlete's BMI calculator)

 

I think the big question is: does your meal plan work for you?
