This is not @thegiguy, correct me if I'm wrong, an ala cart menu, but a list of things those suffering from gastrointestinal/digestion issues can do to achieve a measure of relief.

 

True health, while not one-size-fits-all, is also not an ala cart program. Good food in proper proportions and a proper amount of exercise will get you there, however.

We're heading outside today for Fresh Air Friday (an inititative to get people exercising rather than shopping on Black Friday).
