Join AARP for Yoga Classes with Adriene

Anyone can reap the benefits of this calming workout that can help you to gain flexibility, mobility, and strength, helping you to feel relaxed and energized. AARP is excited to offer live online yoga classes at 10 a.m. ET on Saturdays July 17 through August 7. Register now for the first class coming up on 7/17!


This class focuses on supporting the energetics of the body, boosting circulation, and guiding you back to a whole & healthy state of being. With a special focus on hip release and abductor work to support the back, this session offers opportunity to reset. 

Taught by renowned yoga instructor Adriene Mishler of Yoga with Adriene, this class will provide a fun and fulfilling approach to yoga for independently mobile participants who have a basic physical activity level.
