Hello everyone,
At the suggestion of my wife, I started enjoying an occasional cup of herbal (non-caffeinated) tea at night. More often than not it does the trick and helps me relax to get some shut-eye. Prior to this, I had hot tea maybe once every couple of years; I never was much of a tea drinker.
Anyone else find a similar benefit from herbal tea?
Mike
Hi @Mike7SoCal! I'm also a tea fan and enjoy chamomile and mint tea to wind down at night. I've also heard that lemon balm is relaxing, but I haven't tried it yet. Welcome to the tea club 🍵 What tea have you been enjoying?
Hi @AARPRachelA , the teas I have tried (maybe not all are strictly *herbal*) are Trader Joe's "Well Rested" (chamomile and peppermint), Ahmad Tea "Earl Grey Decaf" and Yogi "Honey Lavender Stress Relief".

💥Hi @Mike7SoCal I only like the mint I grow. The ones in the stores just donot taste like mint.💥
