Foods with cancer fighting properties

In my cancer journey, here are some foods that I enjoy and may help battle cancer. 

Selenium rich foods :

 Brazil nuts

 Tuna

 Chicken  

 Shrimp  

 Mushrooms

 Eggs

 Oats

 Cheese

 Blueberries

Other good good foods to fight off cancer include : fatty fish(salmon) most nuts, broccoli and fresh vegetables &fruits, beans, garlic, tumeric, cinnamon, olive oil. 

Best to avoid or limit red meat, fatty meats, and all processed foods.  

But, always check with your doctor and nutritionist to see what is best for you.
