Re: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Night owl! Love the early morning hours but if I see them it's because I haven't gotten to bed yet! Don't get out of work til 1am or so. Can't go to sleep as soon as I get home. Many years of going to sleep between 3&4 am then getting up at 6 am to get kids on the bus to school. Those days are past. Thank goodness.

Re: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Have always been a night owl until my special needs son came along 24 years ago. Now that we have in home help, I have followed my natural rhythms of staying up late & sleeping late.

Re: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I sometimes feel like both! I am fine staying up late and then getting up at around 5 in the morning. They are both such peaceful times. I know it's not good to get enough sleep but sometimes the sunrises are so worth it!

Re: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Definitely a night owl! I get sleepy around 3 or 4 in the morning and sleep a few hours, then am up and going again. Never been one to sleep much. Makes for long nights sometimes. It was sure tough working, because I worked days in an office!

Re: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Actually I can be both. I'm 58 and still working so there are times I wake up at 5:30 but don't go to bed until 11:30 or 12pm. It all depends on my day.

Re: Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I am a morning person. The older I get, it seems, I arise and retire earlier. I enjoy the peace and quite of the morning. I am able to accomplish my tasks for the day and still have time to do what I want. Being a widow the nights are long and lonely so I just get it done as soon as I can.
