I've always been a morning person, although when I first started working, I had to do rotating shifts for several years. Now I know that it ties in with my biology; it's not just a habit.

I have a decades old habit of rising hours before the sun. I rose at 4 AM while in high school because the only high school within 50 miles was actually on the next Indian reservation. I still get up at 4, even without an alarm.

There used to be such a sterotype for those over 60.  I think about how my 83 year old mother doesn't fit this stereotype at all as she is and always has been a night owl.  How about you?
