I would tell my young self to keep dancing and walking all the time.  Start using mosturizer sooner, it makes a difference.  Don't be so shy, it's easy to talk to people, just breathe and go for it.

RA Fitbit would be great to have! Keep up with my excerise routine and try to beat my goal daily!

Now the Fitbit would be great to have. I think it would encourage me to walk more, do a food journal, and check on my sleeping habits. Thanks for giving me a chance.

I'd say, "exercise and keeping active is important.  It is not just calories in , but calories out too.  Anything to keep exercise fun and enjoyable is important to keep going.  A Fitbit helps do just that.

I would tell my younger self: 1. Don't listen to what other says, you are not fat , you are beautiful and heathly.  And don't do go on fad diets as you get older.

2. Conitune to play tennis, so I can have a better game later.

I would tell my younger self the following:

  • baby oil should not be used as suntan oil
  • cigarettes don't make you look cool
  • being drunk does not make you look classy
  • find a book you liked to read-make note of the author-read more books
  • volunteer at nursing home and a NICU
  • interview your grandparents and/or parents before it's too late
  • eat healthy/exercise - enjoy the "no no" food in moderation - you do need to LIVE
  • have no regrets

It is always fun to win something. This is a fitbit. Either you have a goal to get fit or a goal to just sit and do nothing. My goal is to enjoy evey moment of life with an upbeat attitude. I would love to wear a fitbit when I am doing this that make me happy. If I don't win this it won't determine whether I exercise or not, I am the only one who will pick up my feet and go "a fitbit can't make my feet move, I do". Have a super happy day.

I would tell my younger self to not be so self-conscious about your body.  Just continue to eat in moderation, and not always deny yourself dessert!  Walk more and often, and enjoy who you are.  I always thought I was "too heavy", and now I look back at pics of myself and say, "wow, I really looked much better than I thought, and too bad I didn't know it then".
