Great post!  I agree with healthy choices and finding activities that you enjoy.  Exercise doesn't have to be boring or painful.  Walking, working in the yard, swimming, etc are all beneficial!

TO MY YOUNGER SELF:  You don't need to "diet"....fad diets don't work long term.  The best thing to do is making healthy food choices and use portion control!  Add exercise (walking, swimming, etc.). Exercise can be fun!   Choose a life style change!  Stay positive!  If you "slip up" don't "give up!"  Get back on the right track!  Do it for yourself....not for anyone else!!  Being over weight can cause health problems when you get older.
