How are you making NEW memories (with loved ones) AFTER losing someone? โ๐ค

There have been stories of parents who lost one child and spend all their time grieving while ignoring the children that are still alive. Let us not forget they need us!
The same with losing a spouse or other loved one. Let us not forget OUR loved ones who are still ALIVE. Soon one of us will not be around and REGRETS are awful to live with.
Regrets that WE didnot spend time with them while we were BOTH still alive.
As the sayings go - never go to bed angry, tomorrow is not promised. Yes, we never know when our last day may be or that of a loved one.

Some of our living loved ones have experienced a loss too even though their relationship was different to the person who passed away. You have a common bond of the love for your loved one. I connected with one of those living loved ones this weekend and it was a good thing!
