Is anyone else getting this warning message when you log into the rewards site?

I don't get any warning message on the site but I do have my computer secured well with settings and security protections so if it wasn't secure I likely wouldn't see that message.I would check my browser settings and security settings.You can never rely on sites to be secure even though most likely are.There can always be trackers,etc that the site don't control.
