Happy New Year Ray,

It was 27 mins ago CST, and shooting everywhere since 11:30p.  The safest place is in the houseSmiley Wink  I pray every year that a stray bullet doesn't hit my vehicle or come through a window on New Years, but the shooting has been traditional every since I was a child.  2020 has arrived!!!!

 

I plan to keep bumping up the subject about every 2 to 3 days until the problem is resolved.  I really believe when your points reach a particular number the Transaction History and the black information banner stops working for you.  Enjoy the 1st day of 2020Smiley Happy

AARP:

I am also curious about this issue. If I find the patience to click the Transaction history link many times (and wait between each), I may see 1 page of information show ONCE. Never more than that.

 

Here is the general behavior using the Filter dropdown:

 

Filter by All: "There was an error processing your request..."

Filter by Rewards: same message AND  Filter dropdown is inaccessible (have to refresh the page)

Filter by Redemptions: no problem, can even "See More" all the way to September!

Filter by Adjustments: no problem

 

I hope your programmers can tackle this. Sure would be a great feature for 2019 2020 😉

I originally posted this in October a few weeks after start of Rewards program and problem is connected to the black information banner.

I've submtted (3) tickets, never given a number.  Never received an email in 3 to 5 days, so I guess tickets just closed w/o reply.

Using newest Chrome browser on all devices, cleared cookies, cache, logged off, shutdown and logged back in.  NOTHING......

No Information on black information banner & No Transaction History

Can someone fix this?  PLEASE...begging here!

The Transaction History provides no information except the "Error procressing your request" message now.  Could you let us know if anyone is getting close to fixing the problem?

Currently, no Transaction History can be viewed, and there's no way to view what activities are being performed on a daily basis.

 

HELP PLEASE!!

You're right about using points on something the majority of members want😡

Are you able to view your Transaction History, and are your points and last activity info showing on the black banner at top of page?  Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks for updating us on the Transaction History issueSmiley HappyI was able to view history for today after 1 hour and 38 minutes of refreshing and reloading.  After getting screenshot for today, refreshed & back to "Error message"😡 ,

Guess it's not important for us to know this information.  Unbelievable what members pay for to experience constant problems.  Why are we beta testers, didn't we deserve a working program following all the hype, Management?
