Top Tiles Matched, But Says Didn’t Win?

I played the Instant Wins tonight, and my top horizontal row of tiles all matched in one of them- but it told me I didn’t win? How is this?

Thank You, KellytheBelly. I am still perplexed by the rollout of this new instant wins program if the winning visualizations are wacky. The slot machine was the one I got the 3 in a row on (-as did all the other complaints here. " We are working on the problem" still doesn't feel like an instant win does😁

That didn't work like I intended-sorry to be so challenged by computers😁. The photo is of my "not a winner" on a Bed Bath and Beyond slot game a few days ago-3 in a row on the top row.

According to the Merriam-Webster, it sure meets the definition of the word below:

scam: a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation

It was bad enough that, for the last couple years I haven't won anything at all, but now you're making it look like a win, but I still lose?

It’s like this, you try for CVS

You have to get (3) CVS tiles in a row

same with any other instant win

playing for Dominos you have to get 3 - (Dominos) in a row

hope this helps

I have had three gift cards (on the slot version) and still was not a winner.  I haven’t yet filled the 9 space card, but I suspect it’s similar. 


In reading the linked “Official Rule”, the rules for winning haven’t changed. Each gift card sweeps releases one gift card per day at a random time and the first person to play after that time gets the card.  
Under the new system, we have to watch the (meaningless)IMG_0583.jpeg spins before being informed.

This has happened twice to me now.  3 x 'gift cards' in a row (on the slot machine game) and been told 'Sorry you didn't win.' 

If you know there is a problem, and the Rewards Team is aware of the issue why are you still taking points for playing?  This has been going on since the start of the month.
