The "You just missed AARP Rewards" problem is back

It's been going on for a couple of days.  Looks like it happened before in 2019

@AARPJanelleM - I have been having this issue for some time now and it is not fair for those that are losing out on the August Extra Credit rewards since we are not getting the credit for seeing the videos, I sure hope that this problem can be resolved soon

Having the same issue from my phone and from my iPad.  Don’t have Chrome to try from there.

I have Chrome on my tablet and laptop both are not working. 

can't get credit for viewing videos. This is day 6. Hope this is resolved soon as I won't be able to get points after today. I have been getting points with Quizzes.

I am also seeing the "missed AARP rewards" notification for the past 2 days and I hadn't tried for a couple of days before that. Frustrating!

Actually, try google Chrome, its working for me in chrome, but not in Firefox

Having the same problem.  When I open a video to watch, it does not show the usual 300 points available.  My wife's account is working fine.  Very frustrating.

Same problem. I've been having this problem for the past week. I use Chrome since I've never been able to get AARP Rewards to work with Firefox.
