Submitting a Ticket in AARP Rewards

Could anyone let me know how you submit a ticket about an issue?  Major problems with my Transaction History.

Thanks so much.

Hello Marylin,

@mi4090

There may be a better site for submitting a form for help.  But, the one that comes to mind is from @AARPTeri 's post on 9/24.  The link directly to her post in the Community is: https://community.aarp.org/t5/AARP-Rewards/Meet-the-new-AARP-Rewards/m-p/2185093#M1

In the post she states:

...

"Please note that while you begin to explore the program over the next few weeks you may encounter limited reward options and/or restricted functionality as the Rewards team actively works to fully launch the program. If you come across something not working like you’d quite expect it to please give us the heads up! Provide your feedback using the following form: (https://survey.foresee.com/f/z87iDN5B8B)."

...

After clicking on the link above there was another link to "contact us": https://www.aarp.org/about-aarp/contact-us/?intcmp=AE-HP-FTR-CONTACT

It is too bad that you don't have help for your problem yet, but, maybe someone will fix your problems before you hear back from the links above.

@andrewtoo

Andrew, thanks so much for the direct links and noticed that @AARPTeri never responded to my post about Transaction History being messed up.  My transaction history is becoming more messed up each day.

@SueP280957 thanks for the number, but I've had it since the first day of AARP Rewards and posted it for the Community.  I was on hold for (2) hours today and transferred (4) times, hung up on by Supvr Eburka and got a Rep after 2 hours and 10 minutes to give me a Case#, not sure if that's accurate.  I guess it's called Case instead of Ticket now.

Hopefully I can get some help, but I don't think so.

Have a Blessed Day,

Marylin
