I was able to get credit for watching 6 videos and then on the 7th it said "Sorry No Points this Time". I tried to look at my transaction history and it says "Sorry we are having trouble accessing your account" on a red banner. I logged out. Cleared cache and logged back in. The same result.
So all I can assume is your IT department has done something to cause yet another problem with the rewards site. My husband just tried his account and gets the same notice. Different account, different browser, different device than mine. But same result. AARP is the most aggravating site. Why can't you just let us go a week without a problem? And why is it always seem to happen near the weekend.?
